Grant secured from the Community Fund to hold three Afternoon Tea events over the weekend of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
The events are to be held at
- Arthur Balfour Club on Saturday 4th June from 1pm – 4pm;
- Gilfach Fargoed Community Centre on the Park Estate, Gilfach Sunday 5th June from 2pm – 5pm
- Gilfach Workingmen’s Club Sunday 5th June from 3pm – 6pm.
Eligibility criteria:
Resident of either Aberbargoed, Bargoed or Gilfach and over 65 years of age.
Carers or Companions of residents can attend if their attendance allows an eligible adult to attend. Please contact the town council for further information.
