Family Fun Day Proposals

Bargoed Town Council are inviting local voluntary organisations to submit detailed proposals and quotations for the delivery of a family fun day during the October 2023 school half term holiday week.

The family fun day is to be delivered at Gilfach Bargoed Community Centre, and local voluntary organisations considering submitting a proposal and quotation should liaise with the chair of the community centre management committee for details of fees and equipment use/hire prior to sending in the proposal to Bargoed Town Council for consideration.

Evidence of public liability insurance, DBS, risk assessment as well as experience of successful delivery of similar community activities in the past will be expected to be included in the proposal.

The maximum budget for this activity is £2,500.  The family fun day should be free to families who are resident in one of the four town council ward areas across Aberbargoed, Bargoed and Gilfach.

Family Fun Day proposals and quotations should be sent by email to: clerk@bargoedtc.org.uk  by no later than 5th September 2023.  Town Council will confirm its instructions by no later than 29th September 2023.
