Movie & Afternoon Tea Proposals
Bargoed Town Council are inviting local non-profit organisations to submit detailed proposals and quotations for the delivery of a Movie Afternoon & Tea party for over 60s from 3-6.30pm Wednesday 8th or Thursday 9th November 2023.
The movie afternoon & afternoon tea is to be delivered at a community venue in one of the four town council ward areas in either Aberbargoed, Bargoed and Gilfach, and should be suitable for up to 120 residents to attend. A small, light cold buffet with tea, coffee or soft drink should be included in the proposal. Please included details of the planned movie/short films (if more than one planned) in your proposal.
Evidence of public liability insurance, DBS, risk assessment as well as experience of successful delivery of similar community activities in the past will be expected to be included in the proposal.
The movie & afternoon tea event should be free to over 60s who are resident in one of the four town council ward areas across Aberbargoed, Bargoed and Gilfach.
Movie Afternoon & Tea party proposals and quotations should be sent by email to: clerk@bargoedtc.org.uk by no later than 5th September 2023. Town Council will confirm its instructions by no later than 29th September 2023.
