Are you ready for a Fun day with Forces Fitness, funded by Bargoed Town Council.
We will be looking to engage families, children and their friends ages 8+ for some fun activities at Bargoed Community Centre. The sessions are completely FREE to attend and for ages 8 including parents/guardians and siblings.
The session will be amazing, fun and could include – mini obstacle courses, Gladiator pupil challenges, Dodge Ball, Capture the Flag, Military Command tasks, Tug of War, water challenges and loads of team fun and games that people of all ages can get involved with and make you smile.
