Bargoed Town Council are inviting local voluntary organisations to submit detailed proposals and quotations for the delivery of a Teddy Bear Picnic during August 2024.
The Teddy Bears Picnic will be held at Bargoed Park and aims to provide a fun filled afternoon for families and children within our community.
The maximum budget for this event is £2,000 and should be free to families who are resident in Aberbargoed, Bargoed and Gilfach.
The proposal should include plans for portable toilet facilities, public liability insurance, DBS certificates, risk assessments and evidence of the successful delivery of similar events.
Teddy Bears Picnic proposals and quotations should be sent by email to deputyclerk@bargoedtc.org.uk by no later than 9am on April 3rd 2024. The Town Council will confirm the awarded contract on April 11th 2024.
