Caerphilly Food & Drink Festival – Saturday 18TH April 2026
Caerphilly Food & Drink Festival has been an annual event for Caerphilly Town Centre for a number of years and takes place this year between 9am and 5pm.
Visitors can wander through the many stalls from the top of Cardiff Road to Twyn Car Park, taking in the spectacular view of the magnificent 13th Century Caerphilly Castle that is located at the heart of the event! The town centre is transformed into a marketplace bursting with an array of culinary delights; it is a food lover’s paradise with a large number food and drink stalls to tempt visitors’ taste buds with delicious aromas and mouth-watering produce.
A programme of cookery demonstrations is planned throughout the day and the event joins forces with the established markets that take place in the town centre – Ffos Caerffili, Caerphilly Artisan Market at Twyn Community Centre, Caerphilly Marketplace and Crafty Legs’ Craft Fair & Market bring even more variety to the table!
Street entertainers will be roaming around the festival throughout the day to keep everyone amused and there will be a small selection of children’s funfair rides to keep the little ones entertained!
The event will be located on Cardiff Road, Twyn Road, Castle Street (Northbound carriageway only) & Twyn Car Park where there will be a road closure in place from 9pm on Friday 17th April until 9pm on Saturday 18th April.
